30-day free returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Returns are free — we send you a prepaid return label at no cost.

Eligibility

• The item must be unused.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email contacto@97electrostore.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Our support team will review your request and send your prepaid return label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional business days to post the credit.

If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
